Many products offer a longer refund period of money back guarantee so we advise all customers to check the product's sales page or label for the products specific policy. If a customer contacts Buygoods support, we will do everything we can to provide the best support to the customer. However, if the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase for any reason within the 30 day period, we will provide the customer with a return-address to mail the product back for a full refund or an exchange.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT REFUNDS

For physical products look up your order here, click on the "Get Help" button and then "Submit Refund Request". After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used at the time of your purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCT REFUNDS

For digital products, look up your order here, click on the "Get Help" button and then "Submit Refund Request". Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours or sooner.

BuyGoods does not provide any reimbursement for return shipping fees.
